AIR x Performance
Performance training for elite and aspiring athletes, coached by Chloe Kerr. This form of training uses gymnastics as physical preparation for any sport or activity, whilst learning new skills and challenging you mentally. This type of training suits those who want to learn skills and tricks, improve strength or enhance aerial awareness with a new and exciting way to train and play.

Chloe works with athletes from various sports to enhance physical preparation, injury prevention, fundamental movement, aerial skill development and more.

SURF / SKATE / WAKE / SLOPE STYLE
Whether preparing for the season with movements for injury prevention or wanting to develop specific strength or skills for BIG AIRS. Chloe will take you through physical preparation programs and teach you some sport-specific tricks for your sport. Chloe uses a progressive style of teaching, breaking down skills to learn the science behind your movement and perform them with ease. Using gymnastics to progress your moves, you will be confident in the air. Consider it dry land training for extreme sports.
